Sales & Listing Manager- job post (Pink Book Weddings)

The ideal candidate will join a team of Sales & Listing Managers. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients, work to provide exceptional customer service to clients and add new accounts to the existing portfolio.

• Salary: R10 000 + monthly sales commission
• Age: 28+
• Location: Durbanville and close surroundings

Responsibilities

• Manage various portfolios of clients
• Develop positive relationship with clients
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
• Generate new clients
• Reporting on business sales growth on a weekly and monthly basis
• Target Driven

Requirements

• Experience as a Sales & Listing Manager
• Computer literate
• Administrative Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proficient in CRM software (Experience in Zoho as bonus)
• Understanding of Google Analytics (added bonus)
• Basic social media skillset
